Water Park Tube Counter

The entrance fee is not the only payable fee at the water park. There are several other items and services also for rent within the water park for your convenience, one of it is tube rental. The management of the park requires RM10 for every item borrowed. This deposit would be returned upon check-out if the items are returned in good condition.

List of the tubes and other items prices which available for rental

If you plan to go on the tube rides at the Santubong Tower, you need to rent either the single tube or double tube. Just go to the tube counter which items you want to rent and make a payment using E-value. Then the staff will key into the system and scan the barcode on the wristband which already top up with the money (E-value).

After make a payment, then proceeded to issuing the tubes with other staff which will record the tube rented in the book record. We are four persons in the group so we rent two double tubes to play at Santubong tower. After finished, you have to return the tube to the tube counter in a good condition otherwise, if any broken it will charge from the deposit. They have a lot of tubes that can be rent, it will be enough to fulfill the demand when a lot of visitors come during weekend. The services by the staff is good and friendly they are very helping so the process is easy and we have no difficulties.
